Heat and water are paid by the landlord, but all other utilities including electric, gas, phone, and cable are covered by tenants. Pets are not permitted. All common spaces are kept immaculate and repainting occurs annually. This rental property was recently acquired by the landlord and will be benefitting from many new and ongoing improvements. This apartment has a living room and master bedroom with bath. We are not yet sure what renovations the bathroom will require, but can assure all interested applicants that this space will be in great condition and feature a new toilet and vanity (maybe a stall shower and new tile too!)
